Happy Mother's Day to my MOM!!! And to Alan's mom! And to Grandma Raisin, Grannie B, and Mimi, my namesake. Wait, I mean the reverse of a namesake, whatever that may be. Of course, we also remember Memaw and Grandma Smith.

Thank you all for exerting so much time, energy, money, LOVE, creativity, and all the other million things it takes, on your children! We are who we are because of you!
I had a very nice first Mother's Day. we had a great worship service- alan lead the singing and it was really good. Then we came home and had some yummy lunch and I opened my prezies- a special kind of knife to chop herbs from true (how did he know?) and a mortar and pestle from Alan! Now I can really step it up a notch in the kitchen! I also got a great nap! Yay!! I am absolutely loving this new experience of motherhood. It is very challenging but so incredibly rewarding! True brings so much to my life! Here's a couple pics from when he was "helping" me vacuum the house! So funny!
Love you all!

So glad you had a good mother's day! Isn't motherhood wonderful!?! Crazy sometimes, but still great! True is so cute? He doesn't mid the noise from the vacuum? It freaks both of my girls out. Maybe that's a sign I don't vacuum enough! Love you!
Ha! He used to cry with anything loud- vacuum, mixer, etc. But one day all he wanted to do was attack the vacuum! He's so funny!
