Boranup Forest

Here are some of the pictures from our drive throught the Boranup Forest. The trees are massive, apparently they are the third largest in the world. We went to a tree top walk that consisted of a bridge that wennt throught the tops of the trees. (You probably guessed that!) It was awesome. Unfortunately the pics just don't do it justice. Another cool thing about these trees is that they are able to survive bush fires. So most of the old trees have the middle of their trunks burned out!
This is the Grandmother tree. Can you see her?

Alan and True posing in the roots!

We also stopped off at a beautiful spot between Walpole and Denmark called William Bay, along the Southern Ocean. This spot is called Elephant Rock. Bret and Ryan were the risktakers in the group and went exploring around the rocks closer to the water. I guess Alan and I have head too many warnings from the locals about king waves
And here's an adorable picture of true having fun driving with daddy! He's just glad to be out of his car seat. We've been travelling so much that now he cries as soon as we go to put him in his seat!

In other news, we saw Denny, Sarah, and Turner off yesterday. We had a great time with them. Pics from that soon to come! We've got youth group at our house tonight and I guess it's time to catch up with work!
